Christopher J. Hilleary  B.S., Pharm.D.

Chris has a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of The Pacific and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration Management from California State Chico. He is currently co-director and Chief Financial Officer for The Assistance Fund of Cambodia. Chris has been actively involved in various projects aimed at improving the lives of the underprivileged in SE Asia for over 10 years which included several years working with Pharmaciens Sans Frontieres in Cambodia on a child survival project. Previous work experience also includes 4 years as Pharmacist In Charge for a State of California Dept. of Corrections facility, as well as running his own pharmacist relief staffing business.


Alice E. Smith  Ph.D.     

Alice has a doctorate in speech pathology and has been involved with working and volunteering her time for many years in Cambodia. Through her extensive experience in SE Asia in the fields of speech pathology and audiology, Alice has achieved significant experience on the issues regarding reliable pharmaceutical procurement in the context of developing countries.


Roger Bailey  B.A., Pharm.D.

Roger has a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the number one ranked school of pharmacy in the USA. He brings to PharmASEAN  a wide range of pharmaceutical application skills. Roger served as the Pharmacy Services Manager for a major USA west coast hospital entity, founded his own pharmacy, worked as a consultant, and served as adjunct professor at University of The Pacific School of Pharmacy. He is PharmASEAN’s expert regarding issues of quality control due to his expertise in meeting JCAHO accreditation standards.  Roger has spent significant lengths of time in SE Asia volunteering his time helping disadvantaged populations.

Dany Eng B.A., R.Ph. 

Dany has served in a wide array of settings in Cambodia giving her experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management, human resources, and education development. Prior employment with Medecins Sans Frontieres, Pharmaciens Sans Frontieres and other NGO's has allowed her to develop a vast network of contacts and associates. Dany is the PharmASEAN local expert on issues regarding procurement and dissemination of antiretroviral and tuberculosis medications. She is fluent in Khmer, English and French.
